Sebagai salah satu inisiatif utama galeri sejak penubuhannya, pameran ini mencerminkan visi budaya yang jelas dan jangka panjang: untuk membina platform seni berorientasikan antarabangsa di Malaysia, memupuk pemahaman budaya melalui pertukaran artistik, dan terus memajukan falsafah "Seni untuk Keamanan."
